It always falls back and shows my hair, no matter the material or type. I have tried tube caps and tie-back caps, bobby pins, everything. It is honestly so embarrassing and it is making me want to give up. Does anyone have something that actually works? My hair is quite smooth if that matters.
Smooth hair is exactly the issue, mine is the same. A velvet wig grip under your cap was a total game changer for me. You tie the cap loosely over it and it just does not move all day. Bonus, it takes the tension off your hairline too.
Adding a tiny bit of texture helps. I do two small braids near the front and it gives the cap something to grip. Sounds silly but it worked.
Switch to a tie-back cap you can actually tighten, and go bamboo if you can. It grips better than the silky ones and is way kinder to your hair.
